  4. Yellow belt and above: Right Leg Stepping Back into a Left Rear Foot Stance/ Left Upwards Palm Block/Left Front snap kick to ribs
  5. Yellow belt and above: Forward Stance Wedging Block, Double reverse knife hand to both sides of the neck/neck twist with two hands
