  1. Sliding the left foot to the left side to avoid/hands up to block right side of the face/right leg front turning kick to the solar plexus.
  2. Sliding the left foot to the left side to avoid/ hands up to block the right side of the face/ Right Leg Mid Section Side Thrusting Kick to upper rib cage
  3. Sliding to the Left side into a Left Side riding stance/Right Outer Fore Arm Block/two riding stance lunge punches to the ribs/ Right Leg Front Turning Kick to the solar plexus.
  4. Left Side Riding stance/outer forearm block/spinning back crescent kick.
  5. Jumping Up/Jumping IN/ Left Side/ Jumping Side Thrusting Kick to the Head
